E-M Air Systems is a unique company in several ways. Our team of experts bring well over 100 years combined experience to our company. We custom design every commercial, residential, and industrial HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) system that we install. All ductwork is made-to-measure and manufactured in our sheet metal shop.

This allows us to maintain a great deal of flexibility in meeting the specific needs of any client. We use only brand name products such as Carrier or Keeprite in all our installations. Our knowledgeable staff understands the particular benefits of various HVAC component brands, and we always design systems that use the best equipment possible for the project.

We offer our customers in house engineering for your mechanical drawings that are ready for permit applications. 

E-M Air Systems is a member of The Heating Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Contractors of Canada ( HRAI ),  Home Builders Association ( BILD ), Workplace Safety and Insurance Board ( WSIB ), Technical Safety and Standards Association ( T.S.S.A. ) and Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning Association  ( HVACA).

Our installers are members of the Sheet Metal Workers, local 285 (residential) and local 30 (commercial) unions. We carry liability insurance; hold annual Construction Safety Association Inspections and Training Sessions. All our employees follow our stringent safety policy to ensure that lives and property are never placed in danger.
