E-M Air Systems was established in 1987 by Enzo and Marisa Colosimo. Enzo and Marisa are still the principal owners of E-M Air Systems and are involved in its everyday operation. Enzo, who has twenty five years experience in the industry, overlooks every aspect of manufacturing, installation, and repair while Marisa ensures that things run smoothly on the administrative side. Enzo and Marisa make sure that all jobs are undertaken with the same care and quality that E-M Air Systems has become known for.

E-M Air Systems is a unique company in several other ways. Our team brings well over 100 years combined experience to our contracts. We custom design every commercial, residential, and industrial HVAC (heating, ventilation and air condition) system that we install. All ductwork is made-to-measure and manufactured in our sheet metal shop. This allows us to maintain a great deal of flexibility in meeting the specific needs of any client. We use only the most reliable furnaces and air conditioners in our custom systems: Carrier and Keeprite. Our knowledgeable staff understands the particular benefits of various HVAC component brands, and we always design systems that use the best parts for the task. We can design your system specifically for you, and you don’t have to rely on outside firms for costly blueprints. This means that our customers get great value and competitive pricing.

E-M Air Systems is a member of the Better Business Bureau, The Heating Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Contractors of Canada, Home Builders Association, and Workplace Safety and Insurance Board. Our workers are members of the Sheet Metal Workers, local 285 (residential) and local 30 (commercial) unions. We hold 5 million dollars in liability insurance, and have annual Construction Safety Association Inspections and Training Sessions.
