E-M Air is committed in providing our builders and home owners with complete customer service, which is why E-M Air retains an HVAC design department. We work directly with architects and homeowners from the initial design stage through to installation and finally providing as built drawings. Communications between site supervisors and installers on a day to day basis allows for prompt changes to the actual design drawing eliminating the need to confer with outside design firms.

Our designer Gord Hart heads this department. Gord brings with him over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry on both residential and commercial projects.  Hands on experience coupled with several industry diplomas including refrigeration, gas fitters license and many training workshops provide a strong knowledge of the HVAC industry. A recent graduate of the Construction Engineering and Architectural technology programs provides a strong foundation required for today's increasing demands on quality and blue print accuracy.

Gord holds his BCIN certification meeting the standards set out by the Ontario Building Code required for today's designers. He is also registered as a designer certified in HVAC House with the Ministry of Municipal Affaires and House.
